Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule a class:

You must inform us via email at least 72 hours in advance. Please email:  and put the subject as “RESCHEDULING A CLASS”. Please include: your full name, phone number and the date of the class you were originally scheduled for as well as the date of the class you would like to switch into. You must check this website and make sure it is a date that has open spots. There is no additional charge.
Outside of emailing us 72 hours in advance, No-Shows will be charged the Full Course Price, No Exceptions. 
If we cancel a class, you may reschedule at no extra charge. If you would not like to reschedule but would like a refund, in this case we will refund you minus 3% to cover our cc processing fee.
Students may reschedule with proper notice as outlined above. However, once a class has been scheduled, there are no refunds (except as outlined above). No Exceptions will be given.
